Medford is doing a poor job with regards to getting citizens to re-cycle!
DPW bin was full 3 times I tried to use it to get rid of re-cycle items that was too much for my normal pick-up!
I ended up putting it in regular rubbish instead of re-cycle!
We need more to encourage citizens to re-cycle!
