The tree located at 41 Walter St is in good condition. The sidewalk has been uplifted by the tree roots, so 41 Walter St will be added to the sidewalk repair request list.

The sidewalk at 41 Walter St has been repaired.

This sidewalk has NOT been fixed. I will be opening another case.

It would be much appreciated if you clarify the address: 50 Walter, 41 Walter, or perhaps another address on Walter St. The ice and snow conditions on my site visit this past week made full inspection difficult. Thank you.

It is at 41/43 Walter St. The original posting used GPS, perhaps it wasn't as accurate as it should have been. But somehow it wasn't a problem when they inspected the tree.
