Shredded American Flag and Broken Glass

This park is a beautiful, quiet place to have in our neighborhood, and unfortunately, there is a LOT of broken glass throughout the park, primarily up by the tower. However, today, there were several pieces of a shredded American flag, which is unacceptable. These pieces will be disposed of properly, but how can Medford make this park cleaner, more safe for our children, and less vandalized? Can more lamps be installed to deter late night activity there? Can a city-organized park cleanup be planned to help get rid of broken glass? Neighbors have had several cleanups in the past, but is there something more that can be done by the city?
